September 29, 2023 - We love serving this wine blind to unsuspecting palates and the result is the same on experienced and novices. What was that? Where can we buy it from?
This our 4 tasting of this wine ( Papies 92-93) and very little to add other than it’s a pure, expressive and beautiful expression of the noble grape. Albeit Artemis Karamolengos makes 4 single vineyards ( The Papas 2016 is to us the best Assyrtiko ever made) this is his favourite bottling. June 7, 2023 - Nothing more to add from the last TNs ( Papies 93) a year ago and this just flies the flag. Impressive as always , pure, flinty, saline and mineral to replenish you lost salts :). Easy 93 again

Such a pretty and well made wine full of an elegant feel akin to a top end 1er Cru Chablis. Touch more waxy, flinty and citrus , soft smoky at times but just effortless and superb vintage in vintage out. 93 for now and this will age gracefully another 10years.1 person found this helpful Comment
