August 27, 2021 - 80% Pais and 20% San Francisco
Fresh red cherries, cranberries, red plums, red currants, cloves, slate, black pepper. Medium body, good acid. Great tension between fruit/non fruit flavors here. This is possibly the best Pais based wine I have ever had.
