Community Tasting Notes 2

May 23, 2024 - Deep flavors of cherry cola, cedar, and spice. Somewhat tannic and tense, needing time to open up or more years. I think I'm going for more years here. Could get nice, but the cola isn't normally my thing.

October 15, 2023 - The wine still felt young. Higher acidity with a slight feel of carbonation on the sides of the tongue. Opens up over time. Decant if drinking soon.
