June 9, 2023 - Nose is classic riesling: petrol, plastic, lime, whipped cream, thyme notes on the finish. Palate is in a great spot now, very expressive and complex, green plum, lime cordial, savory herbs, licorice, white flowers, a little underripe tropical fruit grippiness on the finish. This is so much better than the last time I tried it.
