July 23, 2023 - Beautiful waxy apple-y yellow flowery nose, extremely dry on the palate. Almost thin and watery mid palate but finishing with a nice long grapefruit pith mineraly ending, very long.
Curious if this would fill out with time, (sat in wf for 5 weeks after delivery) and how it was upon release. Nose retains its wonderfuness throughout being open.
Best day one, fell into a duller state day two, still with great acidity and elegance, just not the zip on day one. -

November 23, 2022 - Similar to my prior note which I edited in a minor way today. Noted more honey on the nose this time. Characterized by a ripe nose but dry palate with prominent minerality and complexity. Excellent!
