April 19, 2023 - This is the first time I have had this wine. It is very good.....lives up to the price point. It is deep and dark with a lot going happening on the palette.

December 30, 2022 - Tried this on a whim after having several other Walls wines and being very impressed. Before looking at the vineyard I actually thought it had a rocks nose. Sure enough it hails from River Rock. Always interesting to see how different wine makers create their art from the same vineyard same vintage, etc. blue and savory on the nose with sweeter red fruits and added meaty notes on the palate. For about $40 you can’t go wrong. Drinks above this price point IMO

November 23, 2022 - Had a bit on the cold side, which may have impaired the aromatics a bit. Bright red fruit dominates with some Rocks funk underneath. Incredibly smooth with silky tannins. 89 the way I tasted it, but probably closer to 92 at the proper temp.

October 23, 2022 - No formal note but I REALLY enjoyed this wine. Good mouth feel, good complexity. Just a fun wine. Just went to the website to buy more but only the 2019 available. Wondering if a previous reviewed had a bad bottle - corked or shocked or something! Hard for me to imagine anyone giving this that low of a score, but to each their own.

May 14, 2022 - My first trip to Walla Walla; 5/12/2022-5/14/2022 (Walla Walla, Washington): River Rock Vineyard, Walla Walla Valley. Sappy, red fruit, but a touch sweet. Interesting, not great. 30% Grenache which explains the sweetness.
