April 1, 2023 - Yeast on the nose, smells like a champagne blac de blancs, flavors of yeast with hints of pineapple nice acidity medium length finish, bottle went empty very quickly nice!

November 27, 2022 - Having tried a few different UtW sparkling wines, what stands out to me is the texture. This is a crisp, tasty, acidic wine with good balance - a solid effort. But the texture of fine bubbles is so refined and plush that it becomes much more interesting.

November 6, 2021 - November 2021 Trip to Sonoma: Very intense chardonnay character. The Chuy site has so much intensity and body, and that very much comes through here. Very high acid as well, with balanced out the body. Stone fruit and minerality. Very nice.
