April 16, 2022 - Disgorge 01/2021. 70% Pinot 30% Chardonnay. Good fruity and palate but not yeasty/toasty. It got a very good structure which is a nice surprise considering the low price point. High acidity in the finish. Should be better with some further aging.

January 7, 2022 - Freshly toasted bread, coffee and cream with red apples and dust. Elevated appley acidity and a subtle floral hint. Very nice wine in a Champagne style that is just my cup of tea. Drinking really well despite it’s short time post-disgorgement (2021-03), 1 g/l dosage.
