Community Tasting Notes 3

June 26, 2008 - Dark purple color. An overall balanced taste - with some notes of licorice and tea. A good deal for $16.

November 16, 2007 - Shows a bit more fruit this time, with a lovely velvety texture. Very versatile food wine.

September 18, 2007 - Lovely fat nose with notes of meat and herbs. The fruit ranges towards just ripe red fruits, and is fairly shy. I very much like the silky, balanced palate, which shows lots of concentration on the mid-palate and good acidity. Tannins are there but barely perceptable.
