    November 8, 2015 - PNP. Cork was wet and had mold on top. Removed in one piece with Durand. Color orange gold. swishing shows substantial pithy acidity and more RS than I was expecting. Sipping showed mostly orange peel tones with a long finish. We drank this after dinner with a cheese plate and it was smashing. I think chilling this just a little below cellar temp helped diminish the perceived RS. Really wonderful.
