May 7, 2023 - Couldn’t wait to try one. Was surprised how open it was already (after 3 hour decant). Still, will not be looking at another for a few years, these could use some time.

November 11, 2022 - CBCC fall wine tasting 2022
Immediate aromatics of violets and iron. In mouth the berries are fresh, crushed fruit like viscosity to the mouthfeel. I get a faint amount of smoke and leather. Quite like a fine left bank wine. Long lingering fruit seemed to last for a minute.
Really spectacular wine - had the fruit of a Napa cabernet, but the earthy taste you typically see from Bordeaux.1 person found this helpful Comment -
