May 17, 2008 - Opened and decanted for about 1 hour. Deep dark red wine. On the nose I noticed black currants and spiciness. It was nice and firm on the palate. Overall this was a light Bordeaux perfect for everyday drinking. It was enjoyable to drink and would pair with with most foods.

April 15, 2008 - Today's Bordeaux (W Hotel, Chicago IL): nose: good classic tones of cigar box, asian spice, anise, black currants, and sour cranberry tones
taste: nice and firm with cigar box notes, cedar tones and nice cranberry flavors
overall: a classic profile with a good attack, but leaves a bit to be desired as far as depth goes but a nice everyday bordeaux none the less
