December 7, 2021 - Pas mal de grenache dans cette cuvée (et niellucciu) dans un registre fin et gourmand, sans l’accroche des patrimonio du domaine; c’est plus simple, fruité, accessible, et du coup ca glisse tout seul. Fraise, cerise, petites fleurs, l’aromatique est fraiche, sans lourdeur solaire, légèrement épicée.
En bouche, sa rondeur et sa finesse sont remarquables !
