March 10, 2024 - This was very Chablisesque in nature with aromas of lemon and lime peel with a salty, mineral flintiness that led to a fresh, green apple flavored, saline, mineral driven finish.

November 26, 2023 - Drank over two nights and slightly better on night two. Pale yellow in the glass. Nose of salty air, lemon/lime and tart apples. Palate is energetic, with nice acidity and weight. All the elements from the nose follow on the palate to a medium plus length finish. Highly enjoyable.
