December 27, 2021 - Fruit forward, plums and cassis on the nose, well balanced, nicely aged (ready to drink, ok for a few more years too). Cedar, leather, blackberry (fruity but not sweet)- fruit skins, not the flesh. Smoky barrel. Would pair beautifully with cheeses and meat
