July 9, 2023 - This was excellent. Well balanced with a richness, and creaminess (maybe from the oak) as well as nice stone fruit flavors. This was great with oysters.

April 11, 2023 - Book club dinner. Kicked off the night with this wine before discussing Robert Caro’s The Power Broker.
Usually I’m not a fan of new world whites with this much body but willow white is the exception. Enough tension for further development but hard to complain about how well this drinks now.

January 7, 2023 - No formal notes just sheer enjoyment with good friends. This white quickly disappeared when paired with Seafood Paella.

December 24, 2022 - An interesting white as it’s flavor profile is a bit different. Pear and green apple with citrus notes.

October 27, 2022 - Similar to previous notes. I really enjoy this wine with all its layers and interesting flavors. Needs to warm up slightly to appreciate it, also better on day 2
