Community Tasting Notes 6

December 6, 2011 - APPEARANCE: Dark red. Water around the edges
    AROMA: Cherries and almonds
Taste: Bold fruit with a hint of oak. Great wine and went well with steak. Wish I hadn't been sick so I could have enjoyed it more.

March 23, 2010 - SMELL: Cedar, Tobacco and dark fruit
TASTE: Smooth Tannins. Very easy to drink and went great with the Lamb Stew.

December 14, 2009 - Improved over the last bottle, opened late 2007. Nose was fresh and interesting, palate didn't quite measure up. Finish was short.

February 22, 2009 - Didn't take notes but this showed better then it would have since it was drank next to a stinker. But it had some nice cherries, spices, earth, a lil barky, some anise, and some green notes. Pretty mouth filling w/a good finish. Good wine @ 13bucks not so great @ 30. Good thing I got it on sale.
