January 3, 2023 - Light gold color, legs show moderate+ viscosity and there's a dash of particulates at the bottom.
I like it even better this time than the first bottle. Like a nice minerally Sancerre, it seems to have smoothed out the little astringency that was there earlier and delivers a longer finish. If you expect any sweetness just because this is Muscat, forget about it. This is wonderfully dry and steely with plentiful kiwi, lime, grapefruit, and guava notes. Great on its own - fantastic with food. $25 is a very well spent here.

October 15, 2022 - A very wild wine, notes of coriander orange blossom in the nose. Earthy, limestone, honeysuckle with orange peel providing a slight bitterness to the wine. Unusual dry muscat, I like it but I wouldn’t necessarily make it a house wine.

August 23, 2022 - Very much the same experience as Guillermo. Honeysuckle and granadilla with a few other tropical fruits in the mix. Still seems a little wound up to me due to its bright acidity that still leaves a trace of astringency on the finish. But the fruit is very tasty and I even get a nice spine of minerality underneath it all. A splendidly dry Muscat that should do very well with another year of resting.

April 19, 2022 - A beguiling initial nose of fresh passion fruit and flowers, loses the tropical edge as it warms. Drier than one might expect based on the nose, at 14% ABV, it packs a punch in the mouth. The palate is somehow floral with little fruit, with the alcohol slightly more noticeable as it warms. Still, this comes across as a quality product, ultimately fairly balanced, and might improve with some age. At this point I think I drinks better colder because of that passion fruit nose that is really beautiful at colder temps.
