August 24, 2021 - Binyamina, Chosen, Tarshish, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2017: Deep garnet towards purple. The nose shows jammy blackberries, cassis as well as hints of vanilla and sweet cedar. Medium to full-bodied, with on the palate ripe black fruits, dried figs, cinnamon, nutmeg, roasted herbs, lots of sweet oak, medium acidity, ripe, linear tannins as well as notes of raisins and milk chocolate on the long and ripe finish. Mevushal.14.5% Abv. Drink now-2024. 85-86
