  September 4, 2023 - Day 1: 86 Score. Easy to drink, although somewhat light. This wine had good deep purple color, some blackberry, plum, but light finish. I gave day 1 an 86 score. A pleasant average drinking wine, but nothing special. Did not decanter, served straight from 55° wine refrigerator to glass.
  
  Day 2: 89 Score. Kept bottle out at room temperature since opened yesterday. Bigger fruit and pepper on the nose. Mouth feel brought pleasant and comforting blackberry, fruit forward, then black and green pepper, with peanut on the slightly longer finish. I give this wine an 89 rating at best on it's 2nd day. A little better, still pleasant, but average.
  
  Day 3: 92 Score. Much improved, way more opened up. Bigger body, bigger structure, and bigger flavors. An entirely better wine today. Beautiful blackberry fruit (forward), black pepper, spice. On the long, much fuller finish, again black pepper, then chocolate. I easily rate this wine a 92 on day 3. But now at end of bottle. Shame, as I would have liked to try a Day 4.

  August 28, 2023 - Tasted like regular wine to me. Was recommended as a cheaper alternative to a Cakebread alternative. I don't think they compare.
