  October 6, 2023 - Pretty red fruited aromas with an almost jammy intensity. Long spicy finish with evolving flavors from compote to leather. Tasty now and could cellar 8-10 years

  October 4, 2023 - The nose is strong with dark ripe berries, followed by oak and an almost meatlike quality I can't quite put my finger on.
  
  The palate is true to the nose with an added hint of spice. There is a lot to unpack that I am too unexperienced to pinpoint.
  
  Letting it breathe in a glass for an hour seems to heighten the acidity and up the intensity.

  August 26, 2023 - From 375ml. A dark garnet core with clear red-garnet edges. Red plum & black raspberry fruit on the nose, with garrigue, cola nut, lavender bloom, smoked paprika, tea and iron. Vivid intensity on the palate, showing high-toned red and black fruit on the attack over a dense core of florals, herbs and rocky earth. Juicy and fleshy, medium to full, taut acidity and broad grained tannins. Finishes firm with moderate length of zesty black fruit and hints of anise.

  March 31, 2023 - This as excellent, my first vintage and wish I had bought a case. It was full bodied with smooth tannins, the fruit was perfectly balanced with dark berries, spice, mild smoke, you could taste the complexity. I recommend to add to your cellar and if not make sure you grab one at your favourite restaurant.

  February 25, 2023 - Decanted for 1,5 hrs. Dark red, purple rim.
  
  Nose: powerful dark fruit, ripened cheese , mold, cellar, forest floor / mushrooms .
  
  Palate: dark fruit, mushrooms. Full bodied, med- acid, med. Tannic. Long!
  
  Served with Entrecote, Bernaise, Mushrooms and spinage. Delicious! Will buy more
