  January 1, 2024 - 淡柠檬色，闻香有清新的青草香气，淡淡的热带水果，植物，柠檬，一些还原气息，入口酸度高，酒液咸，矿物感清晰，酒泥的还原味，青草，植物，青柠和淡淡饼干香气，后段微微回苦，简单清新的一支酒，醒酒两个小时后再试，和开瓶时变化不大。

  June 1, 2023 - Very pale yellow in the glass.
  
  A nose of peach, pear, melon and gooseberry with notes of lemon and grass. All very delicately put together but with a real intensity. This is a serious wine.
  
  A good mouthfeel and weight - feels very fresh, creamy and rich but still very tight and mineral with high acidity and good persistence on the palate. This is already drinking well but has a few years ahead where I expect the acidity to drop a little and the wine to become more nuanced.
  
  Great wine with upside.
