July 9, 2021 - Better than expected and in line with previous comments. A hauntingly beautiful nose, not quite bordeaux classic nose but amazing. The vintage characteristic showed in the lack of acidity and thin if any structure on the palate. If you have bottles, drink up. 5-10 years past its prime.

August 16, 2018 - Despite being from such a sub-par vintage, I thought this was an excellent wine to pair with food. Drank from Bern's wine cellar, where they hold wines a little cooler than most, but this one had plenty of life left.

February 14, 2011 - An over performer for this vintage 20 years on. Nice, mature character. Still with fruit, but 40pct into it's fade. A real pleasant drink. Benefited with an hour of air.
