Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Buff Tannen, USXFel Presidente Likes this wine: 93 points

August 3, 2023 - Drenched yet buzzing with blackberry, potting soil, graphite, and strawberry as a thrilling pop and pour, but after a glass and a half, made the mistake of setting it aside a day & 2 to let its tannins recede so it could reveal its 'true' character. DON'T DO IT!!!
Light cherry, some Italianate hint of licorice, resolved, boring

My SOP works (for me) ~99% of the time, but those were some damn great tannins
