  December 26, 2023 - The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, black currant (cassis), plum, oak and black pepper. It tastes like blackberry, black currant (cassis), plum, cherry, oak, black pepper, violet and tobacco. The body is full. The wine has juicy texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has high acidity.

  November 25, 2023 - My recipe called for braising in barolo. So as this was not cheap, I kept a glass to taste.
  
  Medium plum. Nose shows aniseed, pomegranate. Palate is smooth, silky, good dark berry fruits. Good tannins, chewy. Quite long. Good.

  August 26, 2023 - Decanted through vinturi and quickly showing readiness. Way better than expected, lifted and juicy fruits in the mid palate, not overly complex, while satisfying. This bottle I consider a bargain.
