February 15, 2023 - Liked it better then the Molates but was missing some excitement. A short decant and a not too small glass were necessary to get it goin. Was a bit too plump when warmer in the beginning.
Nice spicy quince reduced nose, liked it better on the palate with fresh mango, maracuja, salt and decent bitterness, quite long.
Developped nicely in the glass after a short break. Not sure about cellarring as it’s already a nice treat.
Also not sure about buying again but for sure something for those who like that style.
