December 16, 2023 - Disgorged Nov 2020. This is yeasty/autolytic but the balance and minerality are something pretty special. If you enjoy a yeasty meunier driven champagne it's hard to beat this.

November 8, 2023 - I have enjoyed most of the bottles of Dehours and found them to be really good value in champagne. This is my first experience with the normal disgorgement Millesime having only have the Oenotheque. 2,588 bottles produced, disgorged Nov 2020 with 2.3 g/l. Immediate rush of really nicely ripe orchard fruit with a perfect amount of sour lemon candy.

June 16, 2023 - Again quite toasty and autolytic, but nice enough. Hold longer I believe.

February 3, 2023 - My experience with this wine did not match the note below. I found this dominated by the toasty autolytics at this point, masking much in the way of discreet flavors otherwise. Of course, the bottle did not last more than a couple of hours so perhaps more air would have helped. I'll give this some time to settle down before trying another. Recommend holding.

October 31, 2021 - Mint. Apples. a bit of meat broth. Lemon, both the juice and the peel. Quite asture the first night but much smoother day two.
