Fumé, mais moins intense q’un Pinotage
Deux sur quatre le décèle à l’aveugle.
Couleur pâle style nebbiolo. Tannins présents sans astringence. L’un de nous 4 va en racheter. C’est à découvrir ce 100% cinsault? Oui.
Moi pas de rachats. Mais…Ça peut à ce prix de 20$ devenir un habituel pour certains. -

September 27, 2021 - Purple colour quite faded rim.
Big wodge of fruit on the nose, liquorice and cardamom, smells a bit like vermouth (in a good way!)
Quite firm tannin, juicy fruit, a bit of reduction, not long, simple and fun
