September 29, 2021 - Light gold in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of lemons/limes & gooseberries with overtones of floral & mineral notes, some chalkiness & a hint of grassiness in the background. Light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of lemons/limes & grapefruit with minerals & herbs. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present although it should continue to develop with further aging.
