September 13, 2022 - This is quite the Danish wine - yet again! Less pronounced oak than in the 2018 rendition. Impressive nose with all the best from Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc (and Solaris) with a vague hint of oak. (There is no CB or SB in it, to be clear, it just reminds me and other tasters of these). Very well integrated perfume of Solaris' gooseberries and elderflower with added body and fleshy texture from the oak, providing an excellent frame for the refreshing acidity. Highly recommended if you find it
