January 25, 2023 - Color: pale, pinkish purple, water color
Nose: red berries, sugary compote or jam, a little cotton candy. After 30 minutes or so, earthy notes, a little vanilla and oak.
Taste: medium-light mouthfeel, medium acidity, medium-light tannins, light alcohol. Red fruits confirmed, some earthy and woody notes. Delicious. -

January 16, 2023 - Simple, easy-drinking Pinot Noir. A bit thin, but good flavor. Oregon Pinot at $15, pretty good deal.
