September 29, 2023 - 2008 Champagne - 25 top names tasted blind: This, the Krug and Cristal were the hardest read. Discrete nose with biscuits, herbs de Provence, lime, some waxy elements. Lots of hidden reserve here. Very good, but wait till 2028 with this.
