July 11, 2023 - Open and accessible already. Very balanced acidity. Peach, white flower, peach, a little petrol (in a god way) I matched this to spicy fatty buffalo chicken wings, which works great. I guess this will match perfect to spicy Asian food as well.

Medium intensity on the nose with pear, melon, and floral notes.
Super crisp and refreshing on the palate with high acidity, light body, long finish.

July 22, 2022 - A wall of lemon, citrus pith, salinity and minerality. Quite closed. Hints on day two of what this might become. A bit of papaya to add to all that lemon, bit of floral notes, touch of lime. Upside to this with time. Score likely higher in 3+ yrs.
