April 3, 2023 - This is drinking so well right now. This smells and tastes like the essence of Cabernet Sauvignon to me: loads of cassis and blackberry fruit. Round and satisfying, but with ample structure to keep it lively. Totally delicious.

February 18, 2022 - Had in a horizontal of 3 2016 Cabs. 3rd of 3 (Trust Stones Throw, Den Hoed Marie’s View, and Leonetti) Plum and blackberry nose with bits of oak. Much more savory palate, with the fruit balanced out by saddle leather, tobacco, and oak. Medium body, medium tannins.
