December 12, 2013 - Strawberry preserves on the nose followed by blueberries on the palette. Finish is quite still, definitely on the downside of the drinkability curve. Drink now if you have any left in your cellar before it goes bad.

August 17, 2009 - Drinking it the second day now. Decent fruit (blackberries, black cherries, plums), slight hint of spice, perhaps a bit of saddle leather. Gets ever so slightly hot on the finish. Not disappointing, but I'm not running out to buy more either.
