  May 15, 2023 - Nice Chard, light color. Some beeswax, lemon blossoms, and butter on nose.
  Crisp Meyer lemon and lime with more wax and a nice zing of acidity on the finish, very little noticeable oak.

  March 25, 2022 - expressive with some lemon tartness and earthy characteristics
  presumably unoaked and in a good way
  not particularly well integrated yet so 1-2 more years sleepy time would be of benefit
  but pretty darn good now
