  March 4, 2024 - 90% Chardonnay, 10% PN
  
  Possibly my favorite entry level NV Champagne in the world. Croissant, orange marmalade, preserved apples, shortbread cookies on the nose. Palate shows more spice - white pepper, cumin, seeded bread as well as ripe red cherries, ripe white strawberries, ripe yellow peach, ripe pear and ripe golden apple. So fruity you'd almost think there was Meunier in it.
  
  Medium body with medium + acid and a presistent mousse with very fine bubbles. Great pairing with raw BC oysters.
