Community Tasting Notes 1

December 25, 2022 - Pop and pour and tasted with food (home-made egg fettucine in a pomodoro-basilico sauce, and then with roast tenderloin beef).
    Light ruby color.
Nose offers floral scent and some slight balsamic glaze.
Fresh and lively wine, with some sour cherry notes. Tannins nicely integrated for such a young wine.
    Enjoyable.
