December 4, 2022 - Full body, deep ruby colour. Intense ripe red fruits forward aroma. Nice sweet cherry compote’s palate and hot, liquor like finish. Powerful but filose tannins, tangible unbalanced alcohol, albeit sweet fruits’ acidity and enjoyable with barbeque. Open half hour ahead. Serve 16ºC - 18ºC. Drink now and next couple years.
