April 20, 2023 - Drank at party, notes limited. Enjoyable, classic Sauvignon blanc character. A fine wine, not mind blowing or really special in any way. Would drink again but not clamoring for more.

October 26, 2022 - Quite pale yellow in colour. Somehow bold but also restrained on the nose. There are citrus notes, some gooseberry like varietal character, and a touch of the classic smoky character of the region. The palate carries this through with nice acid and a certain minerality. Benchmark Sav B which puts most new world versions to shame. Value-wise €18 at Nicolas is perhaps what I would call "fully priced", but I think this can be found cheaper elsewhere in which case it would represent a good deal.
