July 26, 2022 - Artisans of the Wine Galaxy (Upstairs at the Dolphin Hotel): Wild ferment funkiness dominates apples and oranges. In the mouth it's juicy with medium plus acidity, residual sugar offsets, a little honeyed notes joins the apple and orange here. Nice.
