  December 1, 2023 - This is a delicious Paso Cab. Inky dark garnet in the glass, it has a really lovely and smooth river of flavor from fore to aft that is gently caressed by a velvet glove of tannins on the back third. Notes of violet, cassis, blueberry, and mocha intermingle on the nose and palate. There's a slight off note on the otherwise lovely lingering finish that is reminiscent of acetone, but it is very sight, and I think it will diminish with some decanting.
  
  Day 2
  It's improved with time sitting in the bottle. The slight acetone note is gone, the flavors have clarified, grown, and then twined together exceptionally well into a delicious finish that lingers long.
  Adding a couple points which puts it into CT's "Outstanding' range.
