January 5, 2024 - Hint of lemon at the front, then a wash of mineral, beeswax, and saline. Has an almost Alpine crispness akin to a Savoie white. Elegant, classy, sophisticated, and truly delicious.

August 22, 2023 - I have been drinking this over the past week(!) and really enjoying. Very floral nose, faint jasmine and citrus flower. I get the floral element along with a touch of meyer lemon on the palate, with maybe a touch of vanilla. All in all I'm reminded more of German Chardonnay rather than the Macon. Which is not a bad thing at all. Very Good to Excellent.

December 30, 2022 - This was pretty damn interesting, and an inspired choice to pair with scallops on Christmas night. Modest fruit notes of lemon and Honeycrisp apple up front, with notes of hay and hints of smoke weaving in. Flinty notes emerge as well, lingering on the medium finish. Could use a touch more acidity to be outstanding, and blind I might have guessed Semillon instead of Chardonnay. As is, I still loved this.

July 22, 2022 - Just delicious. Energetic, full throttle, fun Chard with lot of hay flavors under bright fruit. Refreshing and alive.
