August 16, 2023 - Pas tres typique d'un Cab-Franc 100% mais tout de même un bon vin encore bien jeune.
Fruits rouges mure, poivre, acidité +, légère chaleur en fin de bouche.
Dans l'immédiat il me fait penser a un vin du Rhône Sud.
Attendre 3-4 ans avant la prochaine. -
