December 18, 2022 - Drank with F ans S following my return from Henro in Japan in memory of O.
Not ideal circumstance for a proper tasting. It was good and similar to other tastings, but seems to have closed down a touch since last bottle. Less expressive, and only a moderately good match with Loc Lac Chicken.
