    November 20, 2007 - Alcohol: 13.5%
    Cork Type: Colmated
Nose/Bouquet: fragrant aromas of dark chocolate, toast and blackberries with a hint of earth.
Flavor/Palate: Dark chocolate on the attack with citris flavors. Almost woody
Finish: A medium body that is very pleasing, soft and long lasting dry tannins ending in vanilla and coffee
    Color: dark garnet
    Chill Factor: 54 F
    Decanter/Breathing time: 60 minutes
Potential: Could Cellar until 2015, but drinkable now, the wine’s tannin structure promises it will benefit from aging
Food: Good before, during and after dinner. We drank it with a Steak dinner. The perfect partner with grilled steak, roasted lamb or a hearty beef stew.
Overall Opinion: This is an Excellent Merlot. We bought this bottle at the vineyard and will return to get more. The Philadelphia Countryside continues to amaze.
