April 7, 2024 - Delicious, fantastic. Electric acidity, balanced by a medium body frame with fruits feeling lemony and almost tropical. Long finish.

February 16, 2024 - No contemporaneous notes. Nice concentration, an excellent example of Forge's dry Rieslings.

December 22, 2023 - Notes upon opening: Pale yellow. Exotic fruit on the nose. Balanced, lucious fruits, acidity, minerality. Excellent. (91-92). This did not improve with further airing. ADDENDUM: Six days later, drinking beautifully.

November 3, 2023 - A tad less lively than when I had it a year ago, but still delicious. Notes of ripe peach, Meyer lemon and Gala apple lead the way, with hints of minerality weaving in. Still a faint sea salt note, too.

June 11, 2023 - Previously tasted almost a year ago at the winery, this was my first from bottle. Very floral nose along with peach, apple and saline/citrus. Medium bodied with white apple (showing good roundness) and brighter white peach upfront. Moves to deeper white peach through the middle along with yellow peach and balanced with lemon, citrus, tart notes and acidity on the back and finish. Impressive length on the finish with tart lemon, moving to softer lemon and minerals. While the flavor profile is much the same as my winery tastings, the wine overall felt a bit more balanced as the fruit and structure have begun to come together nicely over the past year. As such, I may open my next bottle as soon as Fall 2023 as it's showing that well.
