February 4, 2024 - Disgorged Oct 14 2022. Tart red fruits, nice acidity, well balanced. Didn't realize this was almost rose before opening. A pleasant surprise.

December 16, 2023 - Very pale rose gold with mild, fine bubbles. Citrus, pear, green apple, cotton candy, floral, and minerality. Balanced and crystalline. However, wine was closed, even on second day.
I believe this bottle needed more time in cellar before consumption.
