September 9, 2023 - Deep dark garnet bordering on purple fast legs no sediment full body dark fruit licorice dry oak as it opens up some softness and tannins
I should have decanted this wine an hour before dinner as it is becoming softer and smoother -

November 6, 2021 - Medium purple color with slow legs. Cassis, new oak and blackberry on the nose. Mixed jam on the palate with green tea and spices. Long leathery finish.
