Lehmig-kreidige Nase, dahinter grüner Apfel, weisse Johannisbeeren. Im Gaumen kräftig und gleichzeitig straff, messerscharfe Säure, präzise Frucht, der Wein will nicht kuscheln, ist mit gut 3 Gramm Dosage knochentrocken und bringt dennoch genau den Hauch Süsse mit, den es braucht, um nicht karg zu wirken. Sehr gute Länge, bleibt lebendig und frisch, zeigt Johannisbeeren im Rückaroma. 91 vvPunkte

Med lite luft ger den med sig lite, men känns ändå skum. Tror den skulle vara väldigt bra ihop med sushi dock. Kul brytning.

December 17, 2021 - On the nose, there is treacle, light roast coffee, brown sugar, and some gentle red fruit reminiscent of cranberry. The palate brings another exciting element to it with cherry, croissant, lemon, and green apple all wrapped up in very soft but present bubbles.
This is like eating a wonderful pastry; Toasty sweet notes with hints of the baked fruits on the inside and when you bite in, it reveals more fresher fruits and acidity of the fruit to cut through the body of the wine. Delicious and can probably age depending on how you like your wines.
